On UFOs

'there is strong evidence, as yet not fully recognised, that planets have exploded in our solar system. And those planets might well have played host to the first intelligent life forms in our solar system... there are strange anomalies in the human past, which would suggest a possible connection between us and an ET race, perhaps one which migrated here from one of the exploded planets... the ET contact, in my opinion, lies in the very remote past. The Pyramids, and other enigmatic constructions, are much more recent and are not the handiwork of ET... it does seem likely that the builders of the Pyramids inherited a legacy of scientific knowledge, which might ultimately have come from ET... it is possible that whoever built these Pyramids is still here, sharing this planet with us, but operating a much higher level of technology than we can possibly imagine.'

'It is a mind-boggling, and humbling, thought that we might have been living alongside a more scientifically enlightened culture for thousands of years. Some will, no doubt, think this idea far-fetched, but they should reflect on the co-existence of the 'primitive' bushmen alongside the inhabitants of the modern, technologically advanced people of the Earth, and just as those bushmen have had occasional encounters with us, so we might have had occasional encounters with the 'enlightened ones', whose technology might today be far superior to ours...'

'I think of them more as a 'lost race', not a huge global civilisation. As far as I can tell, they were intellectual, pacifist, isolationist, anti-materialist - the antithesis of modern society. It's possible that we still share this planet with them without even realising it, just as a remote tribe in the jungle might have little or no contact with us modern folk. If that's the case, the 'lost race' might feel rather threatened by the expansionism of modern societies, and particularly by the threats of pollution and nuclear weapons.

Now, I'm sticking my neck out here, but... if this is scenario is correct, and bearing in mind the head start this race has had in so many fields of science, they might well be the intelligence that has been controlling the UFOs - the flying disks - which began to appear in earnest at the beginning of the nuclear age...

On the other hand, this 'lost race' might simply have carried on living a simple nomadic life style and died out many centuries ago due to warfare, disease or any manner of reasons. The honest answer is that I really don't know what became of them...'
